Introduction

Globalization of trade, changes the consumption and production pattern, health trends and
quality assurance in food Industry. Because food that is available to consumer should be
healthy and comes through a standardized quality assurance process. Ethics is the key issue
in quality assurance because food chain has many chain actors such as farmers, producers
distributors, and food sellers and any of them can act in unethical way. Ethics should be the

In this study Fruit juices quality and its associated ethics (food crimes, food frauds, food
labels, misrepresentation in Marketing and chain actor Ethics) are described to show the
importance of ethical Behaviors for safety of food.
