What is now Rods Nature and Leisure Resort, located along Quirino
Highway, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan started out as the private
property of Atty. Editha Lacsamana. Then consisting mainly of a native
cottage, the property covered only a few square meters, until engineering
development started in 2014. to see the construction of swimming pools,
air-conditioned and open native cottages, a native treehouse and a
private room creating what is now a balanced ecosystem for farm
animals and other farm wildlife and fauna.

Statement Problem

According to our observation, there are certain problems that needs to be

addressed by the management of Rods Nature and Leisure Resort. One
of which is the location of the establishment. It was found that the
establishment is not easily accessible and in return, the resort hasnt had a
lot of clients. 2nd is the lack of marketing of the business. 3rd is the lack of
amenities in the establishment.
