Skew- The time duration for the clock originating from a point and reaching different blocks requires
different time so the difference in clock arrival time at two different blocks is known as clock skew or
simply skew.

Insertion delay- insertion delay is that time for which the clock signal required to reach the register block
or any destination block

Latency- latency delay is the time required for the signal to travel from its origin to its destination.

Clock uncertainty is the not arrival of the clock signal at the ideal arrival time. For example is the ideal
clock signal is supposed to arrive at 20 picosecond and actually the clock arrives at 18 picosecond then
this is called as clock uncertainty
