T-SHIRT PRINTING PROCESS

Significance of Study

Multi-screen holder is a very useful material can be used in T-shirt printing

process. Multi-screen holder produces the best outcome of silkscreen process. It can

operate for a long period of time nonstop with the same outcome. Modern equipment are

synonymous to ease and comport in doing work but the problem is the cost of materials,

only a few can afford to such an expensive equipment, like the Automatic Printer.

So most rural people continue on printing but time consuming. Therefore there

is a need to Design and develop a material or equipment can be used in printing shirt with

a high quality and affordable to all workers.

Scope and Limitations of the Study

This study focused on the design, development and evaluation of Multi-screen

holder. This equipment is limited to the size of the screen frame that can hold by a Multi-

screen holder. By the assistance of user, it limits the number of shirts upon the platen.

Also, it is only limited to the rotation of screen not more than 45 degrees left and right.
