Patient : I feel nause and vomiting.

Patient : Well, i have got a pain in my flank.
Doctor : How long have you had these symptoms ?
Patient : For about three days doc.

Patient : Yes doc, this is very pain.

Patient : In start in the abdomen. Then it seems to go into the pit of the stomach and i will
feel vomiting.
