3. After log-in you will be able to view all the RFQ submitted by Zamil Industrial Business units
a. Quotation Number
b. Organization (Zamil Business Units)
c. Buyer Name who requested for Quote
d. Hours Remaining to submit the Quote, remember supplier have to submit the quote
within the mentioned duration.

4. For Submitting the Quote, you need to click on the Quotation No (Point a.). Below
mentioned screen will appear, where you see the details of RFQ, including SLA Clock

5. Continuation of the above the screen, supplier will be able to view Terms & Condition
section & item description for the requested RFQ.
e. To Quote the price, supplier needs to click on Mass Edit ZISQuote Details
f. The Same information can be viewed via PDF file
g. Submit to Buyer button

1. Once Mass Edit ZISQuote Details button is clicked, below screen will appear where supplier
can select the appropriate currency & click on update button. Also use other fields provided
to enter details such as payment Terms, Incoterms, Delivery, Country of Origin,
Discount %.... & than click on Save

Once currency is selected, each line items currency gets updated automatically than you can enter
unit price and estimated time of delivery

2. In Continuation Supplier can view attached documents to get more information on the
request items, input Estimated time of delivery & any comments

3. Once all the required information is updated, you need to click on the save button

4. Above the ZIS Quote section, you will see Terms & Conditions section, where Supplier can
enter the terms & conditions. After that supplier submit the Quote back to Buyer by click on
Submit to Buyer Button

5. System ask for final confirmation, before proceeding the, supplier can either confirm or go
back & edit the quote. Supplier has to make sure the quotation as per the requested
specification, unit of Measurement, Enter estimated Delivery date
