My favorite dish is Ceviche. It is from America. It is part of the gastronomy of Peru.
People eat for lunch. The preparation is very easy. It has fish, lemon, red onion, limes,
rocoto, lettuce, corn, sweet potato, salt and pepper. Its delicious and very healthy. I like
it a lot. Its high in proteins and provide omega 3, omega6, vitamins A, D, E and K.
Nutritionists recommend this dish up to twice a week. It is recommended for the
prevention of arthritis and heart-related diseases. The National Day of Ceviche is
celebrated on June 28th.
