Based on the study and analysis of the responses to the questionnaires that were provided for

50 respondents, it was shown that although some of the pensioners agree with the new SSS
pension hike policies and also a part of the sample size disagrees with the aforementioned
policies it can be clearly seen that the majority of the tabulated results shows neutrality on the
new SSS pension hike policies.Therefore the researchers recommend to increase the awareness
and understanding of the pensioners towards the new policies by conducting seminars and
activities regarding these new implemented policies. This might help widening the perception as
well as the reaction of the pensioners on the effect pension hike policies implementation.

The study could be improved or refined for the future research. The researchers recommend to
widen the study by increasing the sample size to 100. This could be helpful to accumulate more
data which can be used for expanding the study of the reactions of the SSS pensioners towards
the new pension hike policies. The researchers also recommend broadening the profile of the
respondents that it may include salaries as well as their SSS monthly contribution. It would be
better having more information about the pensioners which may help to analyze the research
furthermore.
