Dustin is a student who worries about his future and during these three fist school years, he
had maintained an excellent level in his academic subjects and I think he is well prepared in
each one.

Describe the applicant behavior respect his work classmates and others.

Dustin classroom is diverse because of genre there are boys and girls, because of
precedence, there are students coming from different geographic regions from Peru and he
doesnt have any problem to integrate with them and to organize groups for teams works.
Their classmates respect him. Besides he is able to work with students coming from
different cultural areas (mountain or jungle). He enables and facilitates learning and he
likes everyone gets knowledge. When he assumed the school brigadier responsibility he did
it with engagement, discipline and avoiding injustice actions.

According to your experience with the applicant, talk about his flexibility and capability to
adapt to new environments and new situations.

It is easy for dustin to adapt to new media and new situations of change. I saw hin to be
resilient when he hasnt gotten his goals and he always thinks that something new could
happen in his life. He is impetuous. Its not easy to see him failed and hes always worried
about other people.
Personally Dustin is ethic and that allows him to recognize when he has a mistake and he
learns from his mistakes.
