Organizational structure has strong influence on all hospitals; besides
becoming an identity, it can also be a reference and guidance for nurses behavior. Correlation between organizational culture and nurses performance has positive impact on a hospital where organization culture can guide nurses to be good ones. The objective of the research was to find out the correlation between organizational structure (involvement, consistency, adaptability, and mission) and nurses performance at RSUD Langsa. The research used analytic method with cross sectional design. The population was 153 government employee nurses who were on duty in the Inpatient Wards of RSUD Langsa, and all of them were used as the samples (total sampling technique). The result of the research showed that 77 respondents (50.3%) had bad organizational culture, 57 respondents (37.3%) had good organizational culture, and 19 respondents (12.4%) had moderate organizational culture. In the consistency culture, 66 respondents (43.1%) had consistency culture to take liability and carefulness in doing their job, 63 respondents (41.2%) had lack of consistency culture, and 24 respondents (15.7%) had moderate consistency culture. In the organizational adaptability culture, 58 respondents (37.9%) had moderate organizational adaptability culture, 57 respondents (37.3%) had good organizational adaptability culture, and 38 respondents (24.8%) had bad organizational adaptability culture. In the organizational mission culture, 65 respondents (42.5%) had moderate organizational mission culture, 58 respondents (37.9%) had good organizational mission culture, and 30 respondents (19.6%) had bad organizational mission culture. It was also found that the variables of involvement, consistency, adaptability, and mission influenced nurses performance at RSUD Langsa which was indicated from the difference of p-value from value (0.05). If p< indicated that the variables had correlation. Involvement had p=0.001, adaptability had p=0.055, and mission had p=0.026. It is recommended that the hospital management, in implementing organizational culture, involve nurse practitioners in making the policy on nursing, motivate nurses to provide the best service for patients, and remind nurses about hospital vision and mission as the guidance in providing services according to the policy of the hospital, and increase coordination between team and other departments in hospitals.
