Services of the Leblon Apart-Hotel

RECEPTION / PORTERS’ LODGE Situated on the access (ground) floor. Can be reached on
extensions 410 or 300. Performs the following services on a 24-hour basis: general information and
assistance, reception of residents, messaging, wake-up calls, control of the keys to common areas, and
control of the building’s power and machinery switchboard. Available upon request is the Livro de
Ocorrências (‘Events book’) where residents can leave written requests or authorizations (e.g. for
maintenance, access by third parties to the apartments etc.).

TELEPHONE The master phone number for the building is (21) 2259-6882. In addition to this main
phone line, we possess a PABX telephone switchboard with twelve lines and a voice messaging service
(see ‘Messages’ below). Internal calls can be made by dialing the extension number directly. Each
apartment’s number is also its extension; other useful extensions include:
300 or 410: Reception 350: Submanager 400: Manager 450: Concierge 510: Fax
To obtain an external line, dial 0. We remind you that, in order to dial a long-distance or international
number, you must add another 0 (for long-distance) or 00 (for international), followed by a 2-digit code
for one of the long-distance providers (e.g. 21,23 or 31), and then the city or country code and the rest
of the number. An automatic billing system keeps track of all calls made by each extension, including
long-distance calls, international calls and calls to mobile numbers. Please note that all external calls,
including local calls, will be charged. A detailed monthly bill will be made available, counting always
up to the 15th day of each month. The bill total will be automatically added to the following month’s
Condominium bill.

MESSENGER SERVICE Under the control of Reception, one Porter and one Messenger are
available 24h a day to perform services such as: opening doors, helping to carry large volumes to the
apartments and, eventually, small tasks in the neighborhood such as trips to the newsagent or
pharmacy. Please note that these external services will be provided subject to staff availability and on a
non-exclusive basis.

SERVICE RECEPTION Functions daily from 7:00 to 22:00, performing services such as the receipt
of goods from suppliers, the entrance and exit of furniture items and other large volumes, and also that
of bathers. The Porter on duty will be responsible for the Service Reception.

GARAGE There are three garage/parking levels, namely: 2S (basement) with 17 parking spaces. GI
with 32 and GII with 33 spaces. There are no fixed parking assignments, each resident may park
wherever a space is available, respecting always the demarcations on the ground referring to vehicle
size (G for large, M for medium and P for small-sized vehicles). Only one car is admitted per
apartment, and must be properly identified with a garage card. If you require a card, please request
Reception. The Condominium is not responsible for objects left inside vehicles, nor for any collisions
which may occur inside the garages.

CLEANING/BEDMAKING Each apartment is cleaned and tidied daily in its entirety for about 45
minutes. More thorough cleaning can be provided upon request (see ‘Extra Cleaning’ below)

EXTRA CLEANING In case extra or special cleaning is required (including silverware, deep
cleaning of carpets, cleaning of wardrobes etc.), please dial extension 450 and speak with the
concierge, who will explain our procedures. A member of the cleaning staff will be made available
between 16:50 and 21:00. The extra cleaning period will last a maximum of 4 hours, and a small fee
will be charged amounting to the cleaner’s extra pay. Whenever possible, requests for extra cleaning
should be made in advance.

SWIMMING POOL Located on level P (common area). The pool is available for use exclusively by
residents. In accordance with city council directives, it is overseen by a lifeguard who is on duty daily
from 9:00 to 18:00, with lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00. We request you to read and follow the
swimming pool regulations which can be found affixed near to it.
SAUNA Located on level P, opposite the swimming pool, the sauna is also available for use
exclusively by residents. It functions daily from 8:00 to 22:00, to use it please ask Reception
(extensions 410 or 300). Its temperature is set to 90 degrees Celsius, attendance is mixed, and there is
no supervising staff. In order to prolong the lifetime of the sauna’s oven, we request users not to pour
essential oils directly onto its resistor.

PARTY HALL Located on level P. In case you require its use, please make a booking with the
Administration on extension 400. Use is restricted to the period between 12h and 23h. A fee of
R$80,00 will be charged.

MAINTENANCE Maintenance services may be requested through Reception on extensions 410 or


300. Subject to their availability, our maintenance staff can provide small repairs within the apartments.
Please note that general Building maintenance has priority, and that services cannot be provided on an
exclusive basis. In case any parts or materials are required for the service, they must be provided in
advance by the resident.

KEYS The keys to the Building’s common areas are controlled by Reception. The same is true for the
keys to individual apartments, should their owners and/or residents leave an extra set for the use of
third parties (including the cleaning staff). In this case, we request a written authorization to be made
on the Events Book (Livro de Ocorrências) at Reception.

ELEVATORS We have two social elevators, each serving 4 apartments per floor, plus a service
elevator. Bathers are requested to use the service elevator, even when coming from the sauna or
swimming pool.

MESSAGES Each apartment has an individual voicemail box which stores messages electronically.
In order to check for messages, please use the following procedure: 1 – dial 221; 2- dial your apartment
number; 3- dial your PIN code, or 222 if you have not yet set a code. Then choose from the following
menu: dial 3 to hear messages (dial 3 again to repeat the message), dial 5 to set a new PIN, or dial 6 to
exit.

WAKE-UP SERVICE If you require to be woken daily at a given time, please call Reception on 410
or 300 to arrange for it.

VOLTAGE Our mains voltage is 110V.
