To what extent can the HR function create value?

The HR function can create value if they connect the work of employees and the companys
strategies with the costumers, investors and communities because organizations dont have
success having productive employees and good strategies, they have success by serving
customers, investors and communities. HR should connect what they do with to the outside
customers.

What is a "talent"?

Is the ability to perform an activity. Its related to intelligence and its a quality that one
person can have in a specific area.

Are "talents" the only source of HR performance?

No, talents are one of the source of HR performance, but there are other sources that also
improve HR performance like teamwork. When talent and teamwork join the performance is
more successful.

If your answer is no, what also generates business value?

There are other sources that generates value like teamwork. Also, to improve the
performance the team should have four characteristics. The team should govern itself
making good decisions, also it should have good relationships working well with each other
and have a continue learning.
