Target audience: The target audience for this instruction will be newly hired employees
at Inno-Versity. It will also include all Inno-Versity employees that need a quick reminder
of how certain features work.

Terminal Objective: Using their Inno-Versity assigned laptop, the learner will
independently join the Inno-Versity Slack channel, create a user profile, send and
receive messages, set a status, and place a call.

Pre-Instructional Strategy: This instruction will be a self-paced, online learning course

so that each participant receives consistent information that is accessible at any time. It
will include step-by-step work instructions, an animation and a video demonstration. The
instruction will be introduced with stated objectives.
