I am writing this letter to inform your good office, that I, SONG JOONGKI, a
passer of Marina examination dated May 2017 cannot anymore attend the 2017
Ceremonial oath taking for the newly passed OIC NW and OIC EW, for a reason
that my employer under Aleson Shipping Lines Company based on Davao City
called and instructed me to immediately report for work in their office come July
31, 2017.
