AIM :-

To establish a relationship in between the caste based settlement

pattern and the fabric of Badaraka village locality of district Unnao.

RATIONALE:-

The significance of doing this research is to analyse the settlement

which is segmented into various division either due to the hierarchy of
the caste or due to the occupation of the villages.it is very important to
observe very thin line of social connections which is right now blurred
but still existed.

INTRODUCTION:-

ABOUT BADARKA:-

Badarka Harbansh is a village in Sikandarpur karan Tehsil in

Unnao District of UP.
It belongs to the lucknow division.
It is 73 Km away from lucknow.
This District is in the border of unnao district and Kanpur district.
Kanpur nagar district sarsol is south towards this place.
Hindi is the local language here.

OBJECTIVES:-

To study the demography of the area through which we deduce

what are the percentage of various community.
Social life and its effects on the people to understand the various
social layers which are in active between them.
Social fabric and effects of organic planning to the evolution of the
place.
Role of the active social spaces on the people to understand how
these places working withing the morphology.
Role of education and conditions is and to know their socio
economic condition and thie further needs.
Proximities like hospitals , national highways , religious places and
its effects on the society.

SCOPE:-
This research is actually a qualitative along with some empirical reviews
which will be collected after going to the site. Majorly this research
includes various parameters of social life of that area along with the
planning evolution.The street scapes , the open spaces the historical
value of the place been importantly studied to understand urban fabric of
that area.
LIMITATIONS:-
As the site is far from here so frequent visits are not possible.
Dearth of the proper data on the historical evolution of that place.
Lack of time because it is the semester project only.
We cannot cover each and every part of the site,only few important
places of the site will possibly covered.
