the sale.
Bids submitted after the deadline, are done so with the bidders acceptance of the possibility that they
may not be executed.

It is the customers responsibility to arrange shipping . Items left in the gallery beyond fourteen (14) days after the auction, are
subject to storage fees of $25 per lot per week.
Absentee bids are executed in competition with the audience, on an alternate basis. The auctioneer has the discretion of opening the item
at 50% of your left bid.
