Sir,

I have worked in Tsuneishi from 2008-2013 then resigned to work in Singapore for two (2years) in order
to finish a House Project before going home to my province where me and my fianc then planned to
settle down. With Gods favor, the house is now 95% done with only paintings left to work on. With this,
I am already at home in my province working as a Part-Time Instructor in my Alma Matter and taking up
my Masters Degree awaiting for an available Item to become a Regular Instructor.

After almost two years in Part-time Teaching now, the long-awaited Item was made available this week.
In this regard, I am required to submit a Certificate of Employment as soon as possible from my previous
employers to officially apply for the available position.

May I therefore request from your good office a Certificate of Employment for my service rendered during
the five (5) years of work. Moreover, I would also like to authorize Engr. Girlie S. Cajano from the
Machinery Department to claim this certificate on my behalf.

separate letter addressed to Sir Dale B. Bontilao, the Admin Manager.
