1 (a) Draw the basic sample-and-hold circuit. Explain its operation.

magnitude and phase.

(b) How to compare IDFT of X(k) through FFT method? Explain.

with 11 samples using Fourier series method.

7 (a) What is meant by finite word length effects in digital filters? List some of them.
(b) Explain about round off errors in FFT algorithms.

8 (a) Explain up-sampling and down-sampling with an example.


(b) Explain various applications of digital signal processing.
