Respected Sir,

I am writing you this email to inform you that due to sudden health issues I have lost my FATHER on
5th July 2017, same has been informed to my Project Controller Sir at the Lake project, and being
the sole son currently I am on leave for the crematory procedures as per Indian traditions and would
be joining back to the assigned role as soon as the rituals are completed.

Furthermore, I humbly request the President sir, that if anyhow it is possible to transfer me to
Indore(M.P.) location that would be a blessing for me because now my aged mother is my
responsibility, though I could perform my duties in Chandigarh also, but that wont be very much
convenient for me to take care of my Mother at my hometown Indore.
