working in Budget Analyst, Administrative Technician, and other administrative positions,
including Acting Administrative Officer. Also, I performed training and supervisory
responsibilities in Administration Division.

Utilized a wide range of financial software systems including the Administrative
Financial System, Federal Financial System, Excel and Quattro Pro financial software
programs, and other financial software systems.

Managed, monitored, and track 36 local accounts in addition to project and regional
accounts as an Administrative Technician, and managed the entire duty station budget
and financial responsibilities as a Budget Analyst. streamlining financial reporting
responsibilities and managing financial databases and reconciled local financial reports
with regional accounting office reports, with electronic submission to regional offices,
resulting in balanced budgets.
Providing in-depth financial and budgetary analysis/recommendations and providing
financial reports to Directors, Associate Directors, and division management. on
multifaceted fiscal year, multi-year, project and regional funding programs.
Utilizing organizational, interdepartmental/interagency, teamwork/leadership, and
analytical /mathematical skills to generate ultimate outcomes.
Auditing Student Welfare Fund and Student Transition Pay Programs.
Performing private sector, federal government an international labor organization payroll
