The healthiest meal, based on the data above, was the Wendy's meal. It had the fewest
calories, the fewest fat, the fewest total cholesterol, third smallest sodium, the most
fiber and second most protein(which are good to have). The least healthiest meal is the
Back Yard Burger Meal. It had the most calories, the most fat, the most sodium, and
the most carbs. I would recommend someone of my Cal./DVR Rec. to have the Wendy's
meal.
