This has with reference to your order dated 29th Sept2016,a meeting was arranged at HEC,Ranci with

M/S Pineer Industries and M/S D.V.Steel Industries for discussion on amicable settlement of their case
as per the the decision of the honble council. Both the units representatives took part in the meeting
and finally informed that they will convey the outcome of the meeting to their authority . From the
meeting we are hopeful that things are moving in right direction and solution will come after two three
meetings for which some more time is required.

We therefore request you to kindly aiiow some more time so that the issues of both the units will be
resolved.
