There was a girl named Patricia.

When Patricia is a nine-year

old girl, a crime happened, her parents have been killed by the
bandits one evening and only she safely escaped at that crime
because her father shoved her through a hole in the floor and
quietly slipped into the underbrush.

A few days after that crime scene, the father-in-law of

Jose Lactaotao adopted Patricia because he felt the pithiness of
the girl. He presented it to Jose Lactaotao and his wife for them
to care. When Jose Lataotao lost his wife and her two sons in the
malaria epidemic, he presented Patricia to Maximo Rmos and his
wife to care for her.

Maximo’s wife taught Patricia about home economics at

home as well at the school. Patricia is a genius girl, where in fact
she graduated with second honors in the class of fifteen. Patricia
also knew how to operate sewing machine and can make shirts and
underwear. Maximo’s wife had requested Patricia to by a wild
boar meat and as destined, she met her prince of her dreams.

Patricia was going to high school. During his high school

days, Patricia made cutting classes and just played with her
Muslim friends on the hills. When Maximo’s Wife knew that
Patricia had made cutting classes, she scolded her and made
Patricia to write a promissory slip. After that, Patricia was
washing the clothes earlier than before knowing that she will
meet the Tirurai Hunter. When Maximo’s wife knew it, another
scold was given to Patricia. The following Saturday morning, when
Maximo and his wife woke up, they didn’t know that Patricia had
already what do we call that “nakipagtanan”. They waited her all
the week but Patricia finally decided to live with that Tirurai
hunter until her last breathe.
January 20, 1997, a princess was born who will conquer the world of
sorrows. A kind of girl who believes that dreams do come true. A girl who
believes in the true essence of love. A girl who looks for true love, true
happiness and true faith.

I am Mary Angelica Gabayan Litob, 13 years of age, born on January

20, 1997 at Davao City. I’m presently residing at Cor. Del Pilar, Bonifacio
Sts., Maniki, Kapalong , Davao del Norte, Philippines. I am the eldest of the
six siblings of Mr. Angel Gabriel A. Litob, a businessman and Mrs. Ma. Elena
G. Litob also a businesswoman.

I took up my elementary years in two schools. I spent my Grades 1 – 5

at Magugpo Pilot Imelda Elementary School SPED CENTER, Tagum City and
transferred here at Kapalong and took my Grade IV at Maniki Central
Elementary School SPED CENTER.

I graduated as Top 12 student with an award of Most Dependable.

Presently, I am now in Kapalong National High School in Second Year Level.
Taking up the opportunity to help supervising our school and develop my
leadership skills, I am now a Vice – President of Youth for Environment for
Schools Organization (YES-O) as well as in RCY – Dengue Brigade.

Talking about my hobbies, I like watching drama shows especially in

English language because it helps me to develop my communication skills. I
also like reading books specifically Science and English books. I like
predicting tomorrow that sometimes leads me to harm.

I’m a open individual girl. I don’t like people who usually get dismayed
eventually where in fact there are things that it needs to be changed while
others not. I keep on myself to have commitment to God. To meditate to
Him, have faith to Him and find comfort to Him. I love God more than
myself.

I like those people who will give you trust, loyalty and respect. A
usually get angry or dismayed when I get insulted by somebody. As if I am
ok, I just don’t mind it and until I forget it.

My favorite quotations are:

 “Don’t make excuses, make improvements!”
 “Great men suffer first but great men are a faithful survivor.”
 “GOD can never ever leave you nor forsake you.”
