Sub: Admission to PGDM ABPM
Please refer to the application dated 15 March 2017 for admission to the captioned programme
in your esteem Institution. In this connection, I would like to state as under
1. I have completed graduation in commerce stream from the University of Kolkata in the
year 2013. During my final year of study my father Sri Mahadeb De was transferred to
Karnataka Regional Office, Bangalore as he is in transferrable service of GOI institution,
i.e., NABARD and presently working in the capacity of Assistant General Manager.
Hence, I had to take care of my mother and ailing grandmother and did not score well in
graduation. I scored less than 50% marks (48%) in graduation.

2. At the fag end of the year 2013, we came to Bangalore to stay with my father and
completed my post- graduation (M.Com) from Annamalai University and scored more
than 50% (55%.).

3. In the MAT Examination held in December 2016 I performed very well and scored 691
(92.57 percentile).

4. Moreover, we are basically agriculturist having some agricultural land in our native
place, i.e., in the district of Hooghly, West Bengal. If I get the opportunity to the above
programme in your esteem institution, I hope that I may prosper as an agri-entrepreneur
also as I have acquired good knowledge of agrarian and banking activities in the country
because of my fathers service in NABARD.

In view of the above, I earnestly request you to please consider my performance in M.Com
(instead of Graduation) and MAT Score for the admission to the above course.
