Since this will be the most gamified camp you could ever attend, let us briefly present you the concept of #GSC2k17:
You will be split in 9 teams. Each team will have one trainer as coach.
IMPORTANT! In order to create a strong identity of your team, we suggest you talk with your team mates and decide on bringing
different items in the camp to create your team culture- it can be clothes, decorations, face paint, anything you think would make your
team act as one.
Also, you will need to wear your badges and bandanas at all times.

TRAINING rules
Sessions are going to be held in English.
Presence in the camp is mandatory starting with 1PM on
3rd September until 11 AM on 8th September 2017.
Smoking and drinking alcohol is prohibited during sessions
and inside training rooms. There are special places in the
camp designed for smoking.
In exceptional cases such as a cold or a flu please talk to
your trainer about skipping the sessions.
The CHECK-IN on the first day (3rd September), is going to be made between 8.30 AM
and 12:00 PM.
Upon arrival you will need to present an ID card, the parental agreement and the
medical approval.
You will receive a participants agreement containing the rules of conduct during the
camp. Besides that, you will have to pay a 50 RON damage fee, that will be lost in case
any damage will be produced in the camp. If not, you will get it back before departure.
Objects from the camp are not to use outside the enclosure.

Any damage caused in the camp will be charged from the total amount of
the damage fees of the participants.
No smoking is allowed in the rooms or in the camp, only in the specially designed areas.
The CHECK-OUT on the 8th September is between 2 PM and 6 PM.
Reception:
When you arrive in the camp, there are going to be 4 members of the Organizing
Committee who will ask for the following:
ID card/ passport
Damage fee,
Parental agreement
Medical approval
You will receive the welcome package and you will be sent to your room.

Accommodation:
The boys and girls will sleep in different pavilions. There are rooms with
4-6-8 places so you will have multiple roommates from your city and
other cities.
The accommodation list will be posted a few days before the camp on
the FACEBOOK group so you might want to check it out and see who
your roommates will be.
Make sure you do not lose the room key, otherwise the damage fee is
not refundable. Best way to keep it safe is to leave it at the reception.
Restaurant
The meal will be served 3 times/day- breakfast, lunch, dinner.
There are going to be coffee breaks between the sessions.
In case you still want to buy snacks, there is a small shop nearby
the camp. So you can take some extra money with you.

Presence at all meals is required. In exceptional cases (cold, flu),


please announce any member of the organizing team.
Smoking is NOT allowed in the restaurant. As mentioned before,
there are special areas where this is allowed.
As a general observation, temperatures will be between 8-25 degrees Celsius.
During the day temperatures can vary from warm and sunny to cold and windy.
During the night it is usually very chilly.
Its a high chance it will rain so make sure you pack rain clothes and shoes.
The clothes depend on the weather, so please make sure you are prepared for any
type of situation and wear comfortable clothes. Take into consideration that we
are going to have activities, competitions and games both indoors and outdoors. Here
is what we recommend for you:

Outdoor clothes recommended: wind shell, rain shell, polar blouse, trekking
boots, snickers, rain/cold trousers, gloves, cap, sun glasses, clothes for outdoor
sports, variety of socks
Indoor clothes: tshirts,hat, hoodie, jeans & trousers, many pockets, sleep
clothes, underclothes
Close-toes shoes are recommended, no bare feet, preferably sports shoes (NO
high heels!);

Other things to bring:


Anti mosquito & anti-tick (cpu) spray,
Solar protection solution,
Board games (rummy, chess, cards, Nu te supra, frate,
Monopoly, etc.)
Ball for voley, football, rugby etc.
To be taken into account! It is NOT allowed to:
Climb trees in the camp
Have knives or similar sharp objects
Use foul language
Make an open fire!!!!
Commit defacing of property
Do drugs, drink alcohol or smoke (smoke only in specially designed places)
You have to clean your room everyday!!
In case you need medication, it will only be taken from the staff. In case of health
problems, please make sure they are mentioned in the medical approval and let the
organizing team know about them
The organizers are not responsible for any lost object of the delegate.
The organizers are not accountable for the accidents or neglection that can bring
health problems (e.g. out of rush a person falls down the stairs and breaks his/her
leg). The organizers will do everything they can to help the victim, but they are not Time to go to bed: 00.00
accountable in any way for the neglection of the delegates. Time to wake up: 08.00
Morning work-out: 08.30-08.45
You can get to the location by bus, train or car.
You will have the transport assured from Trgu Mure to ulia in the morning of 3rd September
There will be 2 buses, one at 8:30 AM and another one at 9:30 AM.
On your way back you will travel again by bus, this being on the 8th September.
The ticket tour-retour costs 27 lei.
