Subject: Disposal of Old machines

Dear Sir,

Please note that we have the following machines laying in our workshop for almost 10years.
These machines are almost 30years old and have been not used for the past 10years and also it is
not repairable. Hence from the past one year we have been looking for some scarp buyers to buy
the machines but couldnt found anyone. Now one buyer is interested to take these machines for
the amount of SR. 10,000.00.

Hence we kindly request you to approve to dispose these machines, so that we can clear the
space in our workshop.
