Specific Purpose Statement: To persuade my audience to exercise regularly.

Central Idea: Exercise regularly provide energy, avoid stress, and stronger the brain.

Organizational Method: topical order

Introduction:

Science Advisor to the Prime Minister, Tan Sri Zakri Abdul Hamid, said that 49% of women and
44% of men in this country were found to be obese.Exercise is defined as any movement that
make your muscles work and requires your body to burn calories.

Body:
I- Students should exercise regularly because it give you energy
A- Energy is one of the basic things that our body really needed because every
task or every work that we do, we need energy even the smallest act of work
such as sit down and stand up need energy to work on it.

Transition signal: Now, lets move to the second point.

II- Students should exercise regularly because it can avoid stress


A- Stress is one of the most causes to suicide attempt. Stress is caused by
difficulties in working, burden in studying, and the death of the love one such
as your father and mother and so on.

Transition signal: Now, lets move to the second point.

III- Students should exercise regularly because it will make your brain stronger.
A- Studies by a group of doctor in United States, shows that exercise regularly
will increase the level of a brain-derived protein known as BDNE, where this
BDNE help with decision making, higher thinking and many more.

Transition signal: Before I move to the conclusion, let me remind back why
you should exercise regularly.

CONCLUSION:

For conclusion, I urge to all my audience to exercise regularly because it will give you energy, it
can avoid stress, and it will stronger your brain. By exercise you not only keep your body
healthy, but your mental and emotion also will provide a positive impact.
