Creating Integration between Positions and Persons/Cost Center

Go to PPOME and create the position as you normally do

Go to PO13, position should automatically populate, if not type it

Click/highlight Relationships

Click the Create button (left upper corner)

In new window, change date to day before hire/start date

Type the letter A (first box) 008 (second box) under Relationship type/relationship

Under Type Related Object drop down, scroll down and select Person
In the ID of related object add employees PSID (40xxxxxx), Delimit Vacancy pop up will appear
click YES

And Save

Go back to Main screen of PO13

Click/highlight Relationships

Click the Create button (left upper corner)

New window shows, change date to day before hire/start date

Type the letter A (first box) 011 (second box) under Relationship type/relationship
Under Type Related Object drop down, scroll down and select Cost Center

In the ID of related object add employees Cost Center,

Hit enter then save window below will pop up, verify it is the correct cost center and save

again.
Proceed to follow all steps for Set up in PA40

After PA40 is completed, go to PA30

Verify if the cost center is correct when selecting if not there,

please add and hit save

Verify Position is correct by selecting , if position not listed

Add and hit save

Proceed to assign Work Center in IR02.
