Dear Rotary Friends:

Receive a fraternal greeting, hoping that all your projects are successful and achieve the noble
ideals that identify us as Rotarians.

We apologize in advance for the prolonged silence with the Mocoa project, but the many activities
developed during this time by our Club and our District have prevented us from materializing this
gratitude.

That is why today we wish to express our joy for the generosity demonstrated by your club for
making a contribution of 1000 intended for the recovery and support of the community affected
in Mocoa by the avalanche occurred on the 1st of April 2017.

This contribution was received in the ROTARY CLUB OF PITALITO FOUNDATION account and will
remain there along with another $6000 dollars in contributions received from various clubs,
waiting for the Governorship of Putumayo and the Municipality of Mocoa define the guidelines for
the reconstruction of the area, so we can be able to act accordingly.

We had the opportunity to cover the basic needs of those affected at the time, and we continue to
meet the emergency requirements with some items in our warehouse.

As soon as we have a green light from the local government, we will proceed to send you
notification of your investment, as well as the work that is done.
