Graphic Organizer Identifying Characters

Graphic organizer includes all of the character included in Act 1 of Romeo and Juliet. This
includes whether a character is a Capulet, Montague, or neither. The more characters you miss,
the more points you will lose. (not including servingmen or characters with no reoccurring
lines/dialogue)

Graphic Organizer Character Quote/Dialogue
A quote is included for every character listed in the previous step. The quote has substance and
meaning and adds to the plot, character development, or theme.

Graphic Organizer Quote/Dialogue Explanation
The explanation for the selection of each quote is thorough and matches what is being said in the
quote. The explanation needs to match to show understanding of the dialogue.

Graphic Organizer Quote/Dialogue Description
Give an accurate description of what the quote says about the play, plot, or characters or how it
develops any of these.

Graphic Organizer Structure
Your graphic organizer is easy to follow and looks like the example provided. Use colors to
distinguish the different required parts of the assignment. Make sure it is neatly organized and
that grammar/spelling is correct.
