heat pan with Ghee

Slice two onions roughly


Add lawang, pattai,carmamom, in ghee. Then add slit green chilli & sliced onion
keep aside brown onion
add ginger garlic paste, add soya 500gms
add turmeric, garam masala, salt,
add thick curd till boiling point
transfer to cooker and let it for 10 whistles
take the cooked item and grind in mixy

heat a pan, add water and let it come to boiing point


add 100 gms of breaken wheat
after dhalia is cooked add little ware and blend it into paste
take pudina, coriander leaf chopped
take lemon

heat pan, add ghee,


when ghee is hot, add chopped coriander and pudina
add two paste, cook in high flame for 15 mins
add lemon jiuce, ghee
add browned onion
add cashew
Goes well with Sheermalan bread
blend curd, green chilli, tomato
heat the gravy in pan
badam seeds, watermelon seeds, muskmelon seeds, equal quantity of 1 table spoon, add water blend it to a paste
add the above paste to the pan
add cardomon, pepper, cinnamon and blend to paste
cook in slow flame with required oil
add the cooked potato
add jatikkai, jeera, daniya powder, salt
garnish using layer of cream, chopped badam
