Social Aspect

Subdivision is the process of dividing a parcel of land into one or more further parcels

with separate certificates of title. Subdivision itself does not alter the land use but it is generally

undertaken to facilitate a new land use. It has a great effect in the country for it includes lands

which we lack nowadays because of overpopulation of our country, Philippines. By developing a

land for subdivisions it would take a lot of manpower which will enable employments for people.

It will also increase the countrys production, income and consumption. And access to basic

services and amenities will continue to be determined by the performance of its urban system.

It is in San Pablo City where job opportunities are sought even from the other cities

nearby because of its booming economic growth. The city has been transformed into an urban

economy where most economic activity now emanates from service and industry sectors. And

with subdivisions, not only it can provide the peoples safety and proper division of lands but it

can also serve as a business for investors, where they can buy and sell lands. And the land can

also be used for businesses for the owners or as their homes.
