DEFINITION AND INTERPRETATION

"(Authority)" refers the Beneficiary placing the Order or, if a Third side Beneficiary places the Order, the Beneficiary to
which the Third side Beneficiary supplies goods and/or services.

APPOINTMENT
Strictly in harmony with the Specification and all provisions of the Contract; and in harmony with all applicable UK
and European laws and regulations and Good Industry Practice.

PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES
Time shall be of the essence with regard to the obligations of the (side A) under the Contract.

DELIVERABLES
The (side B) or whichever Beneficiary will not reject whichever Deliverable (wholly or in part) with no providing written
reasons to the (side A) as to why such Deliverable has been rejected.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
In addition to whichever other civil liberties of the (side B) and whichever Beneficiary under the Contract, the
Authorized Officer shall be entitled to inspect the (side A)s quality control system referred to in Clause ____ above.

CONTRACT PRICE AND PAYMENTS

In harmony with the Contract, where the (side A) is needed to provide Deliverables, the (side B) or whichever
Beneficiary shall be entitled to withhold payment of the Contract Price pending receipt and acceptance of the
Deliverables in harmony with the Specification.

CONTRACT PERIOD
The Contract shall commence and (subject to whichever earlier lawful termination) remain in force for the Contract
Period.

The Concern Parties agree to the abovementioned listed legal conditions. In witness whereof, the concern sides
