side A and B have understood all the terms and agreed on all the conditions for the common benefits of each concern sides.

DEFINITION AND INTERPRETATION

whichever reference to a side procuring another person to act or omit to act in a certain manner shall mean that the side so
procuring shall be legally responsible for whichever default on the part of the person acting or omitting to act in that manner.

PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES
The (side A) will immediately notify the Authorized Officer of whichever actual or potential industrial action, including strike action,
whether such action is of his own staff or others that affects or might affect his ability at whichever time to provide the Services.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
The (side B) and whichever Beneficiary's civil liberties under Clause 5.8 are with no prejudice to whichever other civil liberties or
remedies the (side B) or whichever Beneficiary may be entitled to.

CONTRACT PRICE AND PAYMENTS

In the event that the Contract ends or is terminated otherwise than at the end of a complete year, the sum payable by the (side B) or
whichever Beneficiary under Clause 6 shall be one twelfth of the annual sum which would otherwise have been payable for the
complete year for each completed month.

EMPLOYEES
The (side B) or whichever Beneficiary is not be legally responsible for loss of, or damage to, the personal property of (side A)s staff,
howsoever caused.
CONTROL AND SUPERVISION OF STAFF
All persons appointed to managerial and supervisory positions in harmony with the Specification must be to the acceptance of the
Authorized Officer who will have the right to veto the appointment of whichever candidate who is deemed to be unsuitable.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

All modifiable accidents shall immediately be brought to the attention of the Authorized Officer.

The Concern Parties agree to the abovementioned listed legal conditions. In witness whereof, the concern sides hereto set their
hands as of the date first written above.
