The HR Coordinator will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by

planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources


policies, programs, and practices, supporting business needs and ensuring the proper
implementation of company strategy and objectives. In addition, HR coordinator will
understand the current company services and will extend the client base by
identifying new business opportunities in the local market.
The roles and responsibilities of the HR coordinator will include:
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
strategy
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and
preservation of human capital
Manage the recruiting and selection process for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
Leverage knowledge of local staffing market to identify business opportunities for HR-related
functions, such as Recruiting, Payroll and BPO programs.
Conduct job evaluations and performance reviews
Maintain the pay plan and pay structure revision system.
Assess training needs and manage training programs for both orientation and career development.
Ensure and monitor compliance with local employment laws.
Work on talent retention and nurture a positive working environment.
Develop and maintain benefits program.
Create and revise Job Descriptions.
Develop, revise and recommend personnel policies and procedures.
Maintain organizational charts.
Interact with regional HR coordinators to synchronize HR efforts within the organization.
Requirements

+5 years of experience in HR.


Competence to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Advanced English skills oral and written.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Market, including Recruiting, Payroll and BPO.
BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience in the staffing, recruiting or BPO industry preferred
