season to examine one criminal prosecution and the stories behind it.
Someone Knows Something. This show is Serial meets Canada in the funky and weirdest
way imaginable. Documentarian David Ridgen explores cold cases to find the truth.
Suspect Convictions. This podcast follows the third re-trial of a suspect for the murder of a
little girl. With two previousl convictions overturned on appeal, a lot has happened in this
case and there is plenty to unravel.
Reveal. A little different than the others here, Reveal is more documentary than true-crime.
It is the podcast of the left-leaning Center for Investigative Reporting and ferrets out all
manner of exploitive stores. I really enjoyed their recent Trial by Fire episode, looking at a
famous Kansas City arson prosecution.
