ABSTRACT
College image is a part of brand equity of an academic institution, contributing to enhance
its brand awareness and competitive capacity. The paper identifies the main factors that influence
college image, the degree of each factor, and the relationship between college image and student
loyalty. A survey of 439 students at a college in HCMC was conducted. Statistic descriptive, EFA,
and linear regression were used to analyze the data. The research result shows that seven factors
impact positively on college image as the following order of importance: (1) training program,
(2) career opportunities, (3) administrative service, (4) teaching staff, (5) communication, and (6)
physical infrastructure. The result also reflects the considerable relationship between college image
and students loyalty. Finally, some managerial implications are given to develop the image college.

Cc yu t tc ng n kt qu hc tp ca sinh vin nh kin nh hc tp, cnh tranh hc
tp, gi tr hc tp, ng c hc tp v phng php hc tp c la chn nghin cu. Nghin
cu ny ng thi kim nh s khc bit v tc ng ca cc yu t n kt qu hc tp gia nhm
sinh vin nam v n, gia bc i hc v cao ng v gia sinh vin c h khu thng tr Bnh
Dng v sinh vin tnh khc. Nghin cu chnh thc c thc hin vi kch c mu 803 sinh vin
v s dng cng c SPSS v AMOS nh gi h s tin cy Cronbach alpha, phn tch nhn t
khm ph EFA, phn tch nhn t khng nh CFA v SEM nhm kim nh s ph hp ca thang
o v m hnh nghin cu. Kt qu nghin cu cho thy phng php hc tp v kt hc tp c
gom li thnh mt nhn t l thnh qu hc tp, cc yu t tc ng n thnh qu hc tp trong
m hnh l kin nh hc tp, cnh tranh hc tp, gi tr hc tp, ng c hc tp. Cc yu t trong
m hnh ny gii thch c 62.4% s thay i phng sai ca thnh qu hc tp, cc thang o u
t yu cu v s ph hp ca m hnh nghin cu. Nghin cu ny gip cc nh qun tr cng nh
Ban gim hiu trng a ra quyt nh ph hp nhm t mc tiu nng cao cht lng o to
cung cp dch v gio dc tt nht cho sinh vin, m c th hn l c hi ngh nghip c
m rng i vi h sau ny.
ABSTRACT
The factors affecting learning outcomes of students such as learning consistency, academic
competition, worth learning, learning motivation and learning methods were selected to research.
This research concurrently tested the differences in the impact of the factors on learning outcomes
between boys and girls student groups, between university and college students, and students with
permanent residence at Binh Dng and other provinces. The final research was done with the

sample size of 803 students, and using SPSS and AMOS tools to assess Cronbach alpha reliability
coefficient, Exploratory Factors Analysis (EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural
Equation Modeling (SEM) to assert the compatibility of scales and research models. The research
results showed that the learing methods and learning outcomes are constituted one factor is learning
achievement. The factors affecting the learing achievement are learning consistency, academic
competition, worth learning and learning motivation. Elements of this model is explained 62.4% of
the change variance of learning achievement, the scales are satisfactory and the appropriateness
of the research model. This research helps administrators and the board of school to make decisions
appropriate to achieve the goal of improving the quality of training to provide the best educational
services to students, but more specifically it is the careers be extended to students later.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to study the factors that directly affect labor relations in business in Song
Than 1, Binh Duong Province. A study was conducted with 50 business in Song Than 1 industrial
parkwith 250 votes. Cronbach Alpha is used for reliability, EFA for testing research model,correlation
and linear regression analysis through SPSS. The results show that the management of govement,
national culture of the business, legal environment, behavior and consciousness of the dynamic la,
awareness of the company law, the role of trade union organizations have affectted labor relations.
Since give some policy implications.

Nghin cu kim nh cc yu t Vn ha t chc nh hng n s gn kt ca nhn vin
vn phng ti cc Cng ty C phn trn a bn tnh B Ra Vng Tu, bng vic kho st 400

ABSTRACT
The research investigates how the factors of organization culture affect on the commitment
of the staff working in the corporation in Ba Ria- Vung Tau province, by intervewing 400 staff. The
method of Cronbachs Alpha analysis, EFA analysis and multiple regression analysis were used with
the SPSS program.
The result shows that the affects of the factors of organization culture on the stall commitment
decreasingly: Training and Development, Information exchange, Reward and Record, Teamwork,
Promotion Opportunity. The research also suggests some solutions to the corporate management to
enhance the commitment of the staff.

khng cnh tranh ni vi tht g nhp khu. nghin cu tm ra nhng nguyn nhn lm cho gi

ABSTRACT
In the recent years, breeding industrial chicken has grown rapidly in many areas in the
country. However, the difficulties the farmers are facing is high livestock cost in Vietnam compared
to other countries. That causes our product is less competitive than imported chicken. In order to
study the root causes making the high livestock cost in Vietnam vs other countries, the author has
studied at livestock farms, collecting relevant information and interview, discussion with livestock
experts and also discussion with industrial livestock entrepreneurs. Then will propose insight
solution of reducing the cost to improve the competitiveness of chicken meat of Vietnam.

ABSTRACT
This paper aims to study about the implementation of consumersfeeling with 2 attributes
social factor and personal factorthatrelate to counterfeit luxury fashion brands. Then, the paper
shows how these factors influencingthe purchasing intent and drive to buying decisions. A study
was conducted with 249 consumers in Ho Chi Minh City, a dynamic and great market. This place
also contains many sensitive issues relating to counterfeit luxury fashion brands. Cronbach Alpha
is used for reliability, EFA for testing research model,correlation and linear regression analysis
through SPSS. The results show that brand image, social influence and previous experiences have
positive impact on consumer attitudes toward the counterfeit fashion products. While, personal
satisfaction has a negative impact to counterfeit fashion products. Moreover, the study illustrates
consumers attitude have a strong and positive relationship with buying intention towardcounterfeit
luxury fashion products.

ABSTRACT
Retail reseach service examines the relationship between the quality of retail banking (retail
banking) and satisfaction at the Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Investment And Development of
Vietnam - Binh Duong Branch (BIDV - Binh Duong Branch). This relationship is calibrated with
291 retail customers in BIDV- Binh Duong Branch. Research results show that service gap is an
important factor making customers happy. Specifically BIDV- Binh Duong Branch necessary to
diversify portfolio of services, focusing on the application of technology, training professional staff,
network development activities throughout the province, to strengthen ties cooperation and links
with customers. Finally, the author presents research implications for executives has an overview,
set policy and strategy development in the right direction and efficiency, to maintain its position in
the future and the next research.

Trans-Pacific Partnership, the English name Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic
Partnership Agreement, abbreviated: TTP, is a free trade agreement more parties, regarded as
a trade agreement free trade 2nd generation with an aim to establish common ground for liberal
countries in Asia - Pacific. With the participation of the largest economies in the world (such as the
US, Japan, Australia ...), TPP become more economical region 790 million, contributing 40% of
GDP and accounts for 1/3 of injuries global trade.
Agricultural supply chain, a necessary step for Vietnam to join the TPP. In the framework of
this paper, the authors analyze the advantages and give some models for agricultural applications

Joining the World Trade Organization (World Trade Organization - WTO) free trade
area AFTA, economic partnership agreements across the Pacific (TPP), ... has created many
opportunities for Vietnam Assembly deep into the world economy. This makes the opportunities and
challenges, national competitiveness, competition between industry brought a sense of survival.
Look at the status of the competitiveness of Vietnams tourism industry on the basis of building
the main objective evaluation competitiveness enterprise level, including: (i) competitiveness of
financial (Ii) Competitiveness of human resources; (Iii) competitiveness in science and technology;
and (iv) competitiveness of marketing.
On that basis, look for solutions and appropriate steps to release endogenous strength,
increase competitiveness and actively integrate into the international economy.

ABSTRACT
To the fact that there are about 4.5 million overseas Vietnamese living in over 90 countries
and territories around the world, besides hundreds of thousands of workers are exported oversea,
so the amount of annual remittances to Vietnam is enormous. According to the authorities, in
2015, remittances transferred to Vietnam reached USD 12.5 billion and is forecasted to continue
increasing in the next few years. This is indeed a promising market to develop remittance services
that any commercial bank would like to keep their hands on. As one of the leading banks in Vietnam,
for years has Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) developed several
solutions for this service, but the outcome has not been really as expected. This article reviews the
condition of remittance service development at Agribank, with limited reason, the authors propose
solutions to develop this service in the future.

ABSTRACT
The paper aims to compare the efficiency of joint-stock commercial banks that partially
owned by foreign investors with totally domestically owned banks of that type, based on the analysis
of incomes and costs of two groups and data envelopment analysis of technical efficiency. The data
is collected from the financial statements of 26 Vietnamese stock commercial banks over the period
from 2008 to 2013. The results of qualitative analysis of incomes and costs do not support the
hypothesis that partly foreign owned banks are more efficient than the banks completely owned by
Vietnamese, while the quantitative analysis of technical efficiency presents a better performance of
banks with foreign equity.

ABSTRACT
In todays global economy, tourism is one of the worlds largest industries in both of revenue
and economic impacts. The economic impacts of the industry showed that, in 2015, the industry
contributed 9.8% of global GDP, equivalent to the value of over 7.2 trillion USD, and accounted
for 284 million jobs, including tour guide(World Travel and Tourism Council, 2016). The previous
research showed that there are many factors to attract foreign tourists to a destination, i.e. fascination
of destination, infrastructure development level for the industry, policies, price of tourism products,
quality of of labor force. Historically, those research is concentrated on labor force in general but
not focused on specific career like tour guide. By reviewing the existing literature, this research
aims to examine the role of tour guide as well as the relationship between tour guide and tourist
satisfaction. The paper, moreover, also implied and recommended the futther research on tour guide
in different context.

Trong giai on hin nay, mt trong nhng ngun lc quan trng cho pht trin ca mi a
phng ni ring, mi quc gia ni chung chnh l ngun nhn lc. Do , vic o to, thu ht
ngun nhn lc l mt vn quan trng trong qu trnh cng nghip ha, hin i ha ca mi a
phng cng nh mi quc gia. Nhn thc c iu ny nn trong nhng nm 1997 2015, ng
b, chnh quyn tnh Bnh Dng c nhiu ch trng, chnh sch o to thu ht ngun nhn
lc phc v cho qu trnh pht trin cng nghip, gp phn quan trng vo s pht trin mnh m
ca cng nghip Bnh Dng trong nhng nm qua.

ABSTRACT
In the current period, one of the most important resources for the development of each locality
in particular, a country that is generally human resources. Therefore, the training and attracting
human resources is an important issue in the process of industrialization and modernization of
