public could do this by telling people.
Also, the equipment bags should be
moved out of the way when the
equipment is set up.

avoid filming outside and film
inside college, doctors or
touchwood to prevent anything like
this happening.
Also, as we are using a huge
amount of electrical equipment
(camera, lighting, microphone and
headphones) this could occur if
leads are overloaded or there may
have been already damages to the
equipment leads that could cause
harm. Therefore, we will make sure
nothing is overloaded and all
equipment is safe to use before we
start. Moreover, we will make sure
that food and drink is kept away
We could make people aware
that we are filming so that
people arent in risk of this
happening as this will prevent
people getting in the way.
When one persons filming we
could have another member of
the team to help them.
Make sure the team members
are being responsible of the
equipment and that they take
care of it.
We will arrange that each team
member has an equipment that
they are responsible for so that
they are to ensure it is kept
safe.
Each team member is
responsible for keeping food
and drink away from the
equipment, this will not be
allowed around the equipment
at any time.
Equipment could get stolen in
a public place
