Professional Summary
As a current nursing student at Jackson College with estimated graduation date of December 16, 2017 , as well as
a Bachelor of Science degree from GVSU with an Allied Health Science major/ biology minor, I am looking to use
my education and history of customer service, along with a strong work ethic to be a highly motivated hard worker
and an excellent team player. I am seeking employment in the health care profession as a registered nurse. I am
currently doing leadership clinicals on the mother/baby unit and would be overjoyed to have a position on this
unit. My exceptional utilization of time management, problem-solving, and people skills, allows me to achieve
results and exceed expectations.

Work History
Scribe, 06/2016- present
Employed through Physassist Scribes, working in the emergency departments of all St. Joseph Mercy locations-
6451 Brentwood Stair Road, Suite 100 , Fort Worth, Texas 76112
Was able to go into emergency department rooms with physicians to gather information required for the EMR,
and was able to observe the interactions with the patients and procedures in the rooms. I was able to work side by
side with physicians and see how they operate, what their perspective is and how they interact with the nurses.
Understood the assembly process quickly, used coordination to assemble products, and was able to stand for long
periods of time.
Took orders and brought food to customers which required effective time management, people skills, and
multitasking
Moved people through checkout in a quick and efficient manner, making sure that each item was accounted for
correctly. I was able to enhanced my people skills in this position through frequent communication with
customers and answering questions effectively.
Worked closely with athletes to improve their cheerleading abilities and encourage them to become leaders on
their team and in their community
Volunteer experience
Between my 10 years of cheerleading and National Honor Society activities, I have had many opportunities for
volunteer experience over the years, examples are listed below:
Coaching elementary cheerleading, volunteering at color runs and glow runs, visiting the veteran facility,
many cheerleading clinics for children both in high school and in college, fundraising for a church,
swimming with the students at the Lyle Torrant center, volunteering at wrestling meets, visiting the
Brooklyn Living Center, and working events at an elementary carnival.
