Job Title : Technical Sales Manager PT Chemicals


Reports to : Country Sales Manager - India (PT Chemicals)
Location : Gurgaon / Taloja (Mumbai), India

JOB PURPOSE
To sustain and grow our customer base of Syn Gas catalysts in India by meeting budgeted
sales targets

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Meeting Annual Sales Targets.


Strategy development and Execution of Account Plans.
Developing and maintaining relations with customers, overcoming objections and
commercial negotiations.
Coordination with Global Technical team to provide World Class experience to our
customers.
Alignment with overall Johnson Matthey Strategy of Value creation and customer
focus.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with
supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies;
analyzing trends and results.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas;
projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
BE/ME(Chemical)
Min 5 year working experience in B2B sales preferably in Specialty chemicals
industry.
Experience in Ammonia and Methanol manufacturing plant will be given preference.
Good communication & presentation skills
Ability to take initiatives and work independently as and when required
