We analyzed the two critical elements of the crankshaft and clutch mechanism.

Right now we will talk about the results and analysis obtained by the ansys program.

First a crankshaft simulation was performed where a torque of 160 Newton meters was used.
It is also necessary to list one of the faces using the fixed support option and use the default
program wrapping.

In the image you can visualize the critical area in the axis of the axle. In this part the crankshaft
is located.

A value of 85 mega-pascals is seen being optimum.

This was expected since normamally the maximum efforts are located in the changes of
section y and cueros of the shaft or crankshaft.

With respect to the maximum deformation, it was a value of 0.0019 meters and its location
was in this area so it will not affect the structure of the crankshaft.

Clutch:

For the clutch they obtained a maximum effort of 125 mega pascals and a deformation of 4.6
raised to the least 5 meters. Placing the critical point in the cuero for the effort and in him
tooth for the deformation.
