The writer of this book expresses his/her deep thank to God and our parent because this
working paper has completted after having many problems in publishing it. This working
paper has the theoritical bakground and the nature of its appereance.

This working paper has specific learning objectives. The first is how to know our
communication skills are good. That is defined in various ways depending on the purpose
of the speakers . The diverse person which competence using a languange for his purpose.
By acknowledging the aspect of topic, speaker, setting, the language which is used for
having the interaction. Some aspects above can determine the color of language being used
to attain succesfull targets.
