In order to make our team meetings positive and productive experiences for all members, we make the
following collective commitments to each other:

We will come prepared for PLT meetings which will assist us to remain focused.
An agenda will be available prior to each meeting and will be located on the staffroom table.
We will show respect for our team members by listening to their views and thoughts and provide
feedback that is both positive and meaningful
Our meetings will stay on topic with the key focus being student learning.
We will be prompt and commence our meeting at 3.00pm. The meeting will conclude by 4.30pm
