Chronicles of a Nightmare

It was Sunday 27, 2010, 3:34 a.m. at late night. Fortunately I was awake watching TV. Suddenly earth
started to move. In a beginning it was soft, so I didnt give it importance, due that we are used to these
type of movements. However, this wasnt a common quake. When seconds passed, this movement
increased drastically. Thats why I figured out I had to react, because this wasnt a common quake. I
stood up and I hurried to open a door, because it is common in these situations that doors get stuck due
to the frame deformation and you end up stuck.

During the first second of that around two minutes and a half lasting earthquake, electrical power was
out, making this experience more terrific. In these beginning minutes, more similar to hours, we only
made efforts to not falling down, due to magnitude movement. From darkness, we listened to a terrific
sound coming from inner earth, something unexplainable. From our homes, we could only listen to their
destruction.
