Persons living in same flat: 1
User creates recalculation:
User creates new period from 02.2018.
User sets the persons living in same flat to 0.00

User checks the calculation tab and that the recipient gets EL and the full RDP.

User opens the calculation sheet.
1. User checks, that in expenses part is shown the RDP (4'512.-).
2. User checks, that between the calculation part and the benefit part no text is shown.
3. User checks, that in the benefit part the RDP is shown ( 4'512.-)
User saves benefit, accounting and decree tab. User opens decree.
User checks, that the RDP (and not the KRP) is shown in the decree ( 376.00 )
User finalizes the alteration..

The activation batch ELJ008 and the ipv-notification-batch ELJ025 run.

After that, there should be a post basket entry IG_EL_0801 with following ipv-notification (RDP):
