0.125mg. How many tablets would the child receive?
6. Epilim 0.2g is prescribed for a child. The syrup contains 200mg/5ml. How much
should the child receive?

7. A patient is prescribed 500mg of Erythromycin qid. Calculate the volume of


Erythrocin 250mg in 5ml to be given four times daily.

Panadol Elixir containing 120mg in 5ml should be given?

9. What volume of Ventolin Syrup, which has strength of 2mg


of Salbutamol in 5ml, should be given when a dose of 3mg Salbutamol is
prescribed?

10. The stock in the ward of Amoxil Syrup has a strength of 125mg/5ml of Amoxycillin.
What volume must be given three times daily to satisfy the prescription of 200mg tds?
