1 INT. LIVING ROOM - NIGHT 1
TESSA walks into the living room at 7:45, looks over at her
boyfriend ADEL who is watching a football game at a very
high volume.
Tessa grabs the t.v. remote and lowers the volume and throws
the remote back to the couch. Adel grabs the remote to raise
the volume. Tessa grabs her purse, glares at the the t.v.
then to Adel before she leaves the apartment.
2 EXT. SIDEWALK - NIGHT 2
Tessa walks through WeHo. She turns into an alley nearby. A
man walks towards her. Tessa turns away from him and
he smiles at her.
Tessa hurries past him before she hears footsteps following
her. Tessa walks briskly and begins to jog a little when the
footsteps become faster. An arm grabs her and she pulls it
away violently. Tessa sprints and turns to look behind
before she trips and hits her head on the floor.
Tessas ears are ringing, she shakes her head and a stab of
pain replaces the sound. Tessa slowly gets up and wobbles as
she walks out.

3 INT. APARTMENT - NIGHT 3

Tessa looks around for her keys. She slips the key into the
lock and grips all her keys to stop the jingling. Adel is on
the couch with his head in his hands. Adel turns his head
and immediately smiles at Tessas appearance. Tessa begins
to cry and they hug but she is bothered by the sound of his
kisses.
4 INT. BEDROOM - NIGHT 4

Tessa looks over to the night stand. It is 11:45 pm. Adel is

washing his hands. She rolls onto her back and looks up at
the ceiling fans whirring blades. Adel, slips into bed next
to her and attempts to cuddle with Tessa. Tessa pushes him
off and rolls away.

She closes her eyes and listens to Adels breathing. Tessa

sits up and closes her eyes and hears a fan, her boyfriends
breathing, and dripping. Suddenly she gets up and slaps her
hand against the wall turning off the fan. She turns off the
faucet and the light in the bathroom and goes to bed.

Adels breathing is loud so she covers her ears with her

hands and squeezes her eyes tightly. Her hands dont work so
she puts a pillow around her head but then she throws it at
a wall. Tessa smacks her head repeatedly in frustration.
 2.

5 INT. BEDROOM - DAY 5

Tessa is looking up at the ceiling. The time turns from 8:44
to 8:45. She reaches up and grazes her hand over a bump on
her head. Tessa decides to get up and just get ready for
work. Tessa gets dressed and jumps when the alarm clock goes
off. Tessa hits the clock to turn it off and rubs her ears.
Tessa opens a drawer, takes out a pair of earplugs, and
walks out.
6 INT. OFFICE - DAY 6

Tessa sits down at her desk and puts all her belonging to
the side. Her boss comes by and puts a stack of papers on
her desk. Tessa starts going through the papers on it. The
sounds of typing on a keyboard, clacking heels, shredding
and stapling of paper, and the phone ringing fill the room.
Tessa begins to hyperventilate. With shaking hands she
reaches for her purse, scattering everything on her desk
onto the floor, startling her coworkers. She manages to pull
out some earphones. The sound still come through so Tessa
sticks her fingers in her ears.

Tessa is close to crying when her boss comes in. He demands

that Tessa picks up the mess she made. His loud voice makes
her runs to the bathroom to throw up. Tessa throws up in a
sink and cleans it. She washes her mouth and walks back out
and says sorry to her boss. He dismisses her and walks away.
Tessa sits down and begins to pick up everything. She finds
a letter opener and examines it. She puts the letter opener
in her purse and leaves work at 12:45 pm.
7 INT. APARTMENT - EVENING 7

Tessa hurries into her apartment and slams the door. Her
heartbeat begins to resonate in her ears so she takes out
the earplugs. Tessa then hears a ticking noise that wont
stop. She opens every drawer, flips every pillow, and moves
every object. She finally looks under her couch and sees a
watch. She looks at the watch and throws it hard to the
ground smashing it. She smiles and picks it back up. Tessa
sits on the couch and looks at the broken watch pleased.
8 INT. BEDROOM - DAY 8
Tessa awakens. She looks ahead at her alarm and the time
reads 10:45. A siren goes off in the background so Tessa
hides in her closet. In the closet she keeps listening to
the rustling of the clothes. Her breathing begins to get
hard so Tessa holds her hand over her mouth and nose. Tessa
eventually lets go and pushes her way out of the closet so
she can breathe. Tessa looks down at her hands and begins to
wail. She hits the floor and lies down crying to herself.

Later, Tessa hears Adel enter the apartment. She sits up and
listens to Adel turning on the t.v and a show. Adel begins
to laugh and Tessas eye twitches.
9 INT. LIVING ROOM - AFTERNOON 9

Tessa walks to the kitchen when Adel begins to laugh.

Tessas eye twitches and she grimaces. She turns around and
looks at him from behind. Tessa slowly comes from behind and
extends her arms. Her hands slowly close in and go around
his neck. Adels laughing stops when Tessa begins to choke
him. Adel cries and tries to pry her hands off. Tessa sees
his hands on her arms and immediately lets go of him.
She looks at Adel trying to catch his breath. She screams
and runs to her bathroom. Tessa falls, bringing her purse
down with her. She gets on all fours and looks at the letter
opener that fell out. Tessa rushes to the bathroom and looks
in the mirror and shaking hands. She bumps into some things
on the counter and then the shower door and it slams shut.
Tessa grabs the letter opener and stabs her ear. She cries
out in pain. Adel bangs on the door. Tessa then stabs her
other ear and drops the opener in the sink with blood
gushing out of her ears. Tessa walks out smiling but still
crying. She opens the door to Adel looking who steps away
from her.
Tessa walks to the living room and sits on the couch
