Ans1. I believe the prosperity of any nation can be judged by its contribution in the field of sports.

It is quite
evident from the civilizations of the past, be it Indus valley or the Roman empire. Indian participation in the area
of the sport has increased multi-fold in the past decade and will continue to grow at a rapid pace in future. A lot
of sportspeople are coming up from the hinterlands and representing India internationally. Also, the people in
metropolitan and tier 1 cities are getting more and more health conscious. They have adopted sports and other
sports-related exercises as part of their daily routine. With increasing popularity of events like IPL, ISL, IBL and
pro-Kabbadi the sports fashion segment has gained an unprecedented momentum. I want to be a part of this
change and give my contribution this segment of fashion sports industry. This growth and the passion of India
enthralls me and motivates me to work in this sector to create value for customers and deliver it in a sustainable
manner

Ans 2. I have been raised in a joint family and hence possess an inherent trait of adaptability, flexibility. I can
interact with people of different age groups and background with ease. Therefore, I am a natural team player and
my experiences of working in teams have helped in developing an acumen of delivering end-to-end projects.
Apart from this, I am an innovative person and have been working on radical projects since college time. I headed
a team to develop a super mileage vehicle and lead a team to conceptualize and manufacture E-Rickshaw. I also
researched on a new fuel called Hythane to supplement the energy demands of the world.
My innovative approach coupled with strong executive skills and team spirit makes me a good fit. My strong
desire to deliver and create value for the customer makes me different.
