We are going to the Mauritius and set up a new export agency in Mauritius. As th

y it is more like poly centric approach. We can also put one expatriate from our
country and give training on cultural issues and how to market the product in p
articular hand looms in the exhibitions.
As there are more Indians in the Mauritius and more foreign investors are coming
for visiting the Mauritius. As we planned to set up an agency we require three
assistant agents under him and we also recruit sales persons.
Marketing Mix
Product:
As the textile sector is one of the key pillars of development of economy. As In
dia is largest producer of the handloom products, so we decided to bring the han
d loom company to India. We offer the product hand loom.
Place:-
We decided to set up our agency in port Louise because the populations of Indian
s are around 35%. We also see that consumers are spending mostly for clothing an
d foot ware after the food and alcohol beverage. So we decided to establish phys
ical show rooms in the busy and attractive tourism spots. So we can attract the
foreign customers and sell our products to them. We also decided to introduce th
e virtual stores through net so that we can attract the customers all over the w
orld.
Price:-
While introducing the product we will create a brand value so that we can increa
se the price more than our competitors so that we can gain the market share of t
he competitors. Market skimming should be done in order to attract the niche cus
tomers and so that we can reduce our production cost.
Promotion:-
As the literacy rate is so high (literacy rate is around 84%) so we decided to p
romote our product through renowned national news papers and periodicals like â L-exp
ress, Le Matrienal and Le Mauritian in afternoonâ and also planned to promote our p
roducts through popular radio channels like Radio Maurice1 and 2 and TV channel
s that are broad casted by MBC ( Mauritius Broad casting Company). Recruit the
