ABSTRACT

The study was conducted to develop a Web-Based Information System of MySpa Wellness - Las
Pias. The software was developed for the benefit of the consumers and most especially the administrators
of the spa. The system would allow the administrator to reach out its customers and it also provided an
account to every member and administrator of the Spa for managing all the information in the database.
The system was developed through the use of various development tools. Sublime Text 2 for text
editor, Adobe Photoshop for the graphical user interface, HTML and CSS for the design of the system, PHP
and JavaScript as the scripting language, MySQL as the data storage of the system, and Apache as server.

METHODOLOGY USED

The scrum methodology was used for the development of the system. It is an agile software
development framework that let us create software that is focused in both business needs and business
changes in the shortest period of time. It is a simple approach that effectively manages complicated
problems and it also improves collaboration, meaningful communication and maximizes cooperation.

ABSTRACT

The study was conducted to develop an ID Maker System for Cavite State University Bacoor
Campus. The software was developed for the benefits of the students, employees and most especially the
Administrator of the University. The system would allow the administrators to manage all the information
of the students and employees for the purpose of producing their identification cards. It also provided
generation of reports and an account for the administrator and users to manage and monitor the transactions
of the system.

METHODOLOGY USED

Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) was used as the development methodology of the
system.

ABSTRACT
The study was conducted to develop an Enrollment System of Eastern Bacoor National High
School. It was developed for the benefit of the students and teachers of Eastern Bacoor National High
School. It would allow the Guidance Counsellor to manage all the information and transactions of the
students and to keep the records organized at the same time. It provides an account for the Clerk and PTA
Officers of the school. The system has PTA Module so that the PTA officers can provide financial statement
easily. Generation of reports like registration form, form 137 and master list are also provided by the system.

ABSTRACT

This study aimed to analyze, design and develop a system that will support the needs of the
management of the RFC Mall Molino II in handling their incorporation to save time in collecting data from
various tenants and let them comply with the needs of their tenants in time. It gathers relevant data and the
system security is guaranteed. This will benefit the administrator of the mall because it can reduce budget
and personal control in the business and will establish an organized and faster billing process.
